Legion Modus Operandi – Pursuing mental fortitude and physical excellence since 2013. Our program combines the most effective training methods from gymnastics, weightlifting and monostructural conditioning. What makes Legion special is our mentality. Strength, manners and respect are the pillars on which Legion was built. No egos, no bad attitudes. Whether you are a beginner or professional athlete, you will be treated the same. We appreciate effort, not performance; character, not image. The level of camaraderie between our members is akin to an elite sporting team. Because that is exactly what we are. Our training methods are difficult, but not impossible.
